David S Herrmann- Partner, Herrmann & Chambers Capital Partners
Mr. Herrmann is trustee of family legacy trust, Arminius Energy Trust and is currently Chairman and CEO of Columbia Realty Limited which he founded in 1994. Before founding Columbia Realty Limited, he was employed with Ernst and Young. He was corporate counsel of Columbia Industries, Inc from 1994 until 2005 when he became President and Chairman.
Columbia Realty’s investments include oil and gas, real estate-own, buy, sell, hold develop and operate retail, industrial and office properties and private equity- in diverse holdings including operating businesses and numerous infrastructure investments in the energy industry.
Mr. Herrmann is currently a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for the Permanent School Fund-General Land Office State of Texas and is a former member of the School Land Board-State of Texas, the Investment Advisory Committee- of the Permanent School Fund-General Land Office-State of Texas. Additionally, Mr. Herrmann is involved in many professional, civic, community, business and charitable activities in the San Antonio and State of Texas.
Married to Gretchen Ann Wallace and two children—Brendan and Charlotte. David earned his BBA Accounting-St. Mary’s University, a JD-St. Mary’s University, and his LLM Tax Law—from Boston University.
Herb Chambers IV- Managing Partner, Herrmann & Chambers Capital Partners
Mr. Chambers has over twenty-five years of investment and development experience in the energy industry, having successfully deployed, developed, and optimized several billion dollars of energy infrastructure. Before co-founding Herrmann & Chambers Capital Partners, he was a managing partner of Pursuit Strategic Partners which developed investment opportunities in the Permian Basin. Prior to Pursuit Strategic Partners, Mr. Chambers was a cofounder of EVX Midstream which was sold into WaterBridge and before EVX Midstream he held numerous leadership positions at Energy Transfer, Crestwood, El Paso and others.
Mr. Chambers is currently CEO of HC Infrastructure Partners which will both serve and create partnerships with our producer customers to safely, and efficiently develop infrastructure for their power, nat gas, crude oil, NGL and water needs.
Mr. Chambers has two daughters- Brooke and Taylor Chambers who attend The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Chambers earned his BA- University of Texas at Arlington and his Masters from McCombs School of Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
